More air and temperature then reveals hints of Mirabelle plum and a lovely hint of pink grapefruit, alongside a touch of wet pebble. The palate then surprises with its immense texture: this is where the wine shows its true self, with wonderfully smooth, pithy mouthfeel, zesty freshness and an immense sense of juiciness.
