It is moderately dosed at between 7 and 8 grams per litre

The maceration lasted about 15 days

2020 Domaine Mark Angeli Ferme de la Sansonniere La Lune, Loire, France Bordeaux Rhum Barbancourt White Rum100% Chenin Blanc, 35 year old vines The grapes are direct pressed then fermented and aged for one year in double barrique. A small amount of natural volcanic sulfur is added at bottling.
