Intended to show the beauty and complexity that comes with blending grapes from different soils, expositions, root stock and vine age (but averaging 60 70 years). Harvested at optimum ripeness (always determined by consistent tasting in the vineyards), Whole cluster semi carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank; indigenous yeast fermention. No sulfur added in vinification. One year in barrel.
