there is both fine depth and persistence and this should drink well after only a few years of bottle aging while rewarding 5 to 8 years of it if desired

with hints of mushrooms and yeasts

There is excellent energy to the detailed and ultra-precise flavors that seemed to be extracted directly from liquid stone

The full-bodied palate is plush and refreshing
