Ameztoi Getariako Txakolina "Primus", 2018 Corvinone Baby mamasTxakoli is a white wine style of the Basque region, with easy, soft bubbles and a mineral, beachy vibe. Biscuit and richness comes from the "Primus" resting on the lees (the wine ages on the yeasts before filtering to add depth). "Primus" is a super limited release from Ameztoi winery, a treat for us to offer it to you. 100% Hondarribi Zuri. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, it is then aged 6 months on the lees
