Champagne Georges Laval 'Cumieres' 1er Cru Brut Nature NV Size:Regular and 15-year old Tobalá agavesGeorges Laval is a tiny, artisan estate located in the 1er Cru village of Cumires, close to Ambonnay and Bouzy but with full southern exposure. Vincent Laval makes a miniscule amount of extremely terroir driven wine. The estate has been organic since 1971. Fermentation takes place in barrel with indigenous yeasts; there is no fining, filtration or cold stabilization, and minimal use of sulfur. The golden colored wine has aromas of delicate wildflower
