Notched Handle Primitive Wooden Spoon or Ladle Critical eye finds and around the eyesI love the long handle of this old wooden spoon or ladle, with carved notch at the end that also looks a bit like an old key. The bowl is not especially deep, so better I think for serving stew than soup, and then handily hanging up. It's certainly fairly old and has seen a lot of use; the wood of the bowl's interior is a bit rough, but the back and handle is mostly worn very smooth from many years of use, with just a little cracking to the surface of
