A III Class decoration in silver gilt, presenting a white enamelled Maltese cross with blue enamel borders and ball finials, between each quadrant sits a crowned double headed eagle with outstretched wings, the obverse medallion features St. Sava in a green robe holding a scepter and an open book surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed vb b b (Ones Own Work
